The accuracy and quality of ship hull construction are significant parts of shipbuilding enterprises’management. The hull constructional accuracy management is a vital element to enforce the basically technical ability of ship enterprises, which is related to the consumption of raw materials, labor and time-consuming, the quality of ship construction, the promotion of new technology and the taken over of high value-added orders. Improving constructional precision can greatly enforce the shipbuilding quality, shorten the period of shipbuilding, and take enterprises to obtain more economic benefits so it is one of key factors to enhance the core competitiveness in the competition between shipbuilding enterprises. In recent years, domestic shipbuilding enterprises tried to explore and summed up a lot of useful accuracy controlling experience in various types of ship hull construction, and gradually extended applications of these results into various fields. At present, the application of accuracy management in the building of ship hull constructions by common steel materials has made impressive progress compared to the past but to the application of high strength steel hull, constructional accuracy management is rarely involved. This paper is primarily based on the building of hull structure test section by high strength steel to research and verify high strength steel hull structures’ accuracy management, and to accumulate experience for the construction of similar ships.This paper mainly studies the management method for improving constructional accuracy of the hull test section, putting up the accuracy control scheme and verifying its feasibility for the hull structure test section built by high strength steel, searching the typical accurate problems in the building of hull structure test sections during various procedures, putting forward the formulation of corresponding measures to solve problems and verifying their effectiveness.The accuracy control scheme has been implemented and verified well in the test section of hull structure based on measures of the accuracy management and achieved the goal of accuracy control in the high strength steel structure. The study is fill in gaps of the accuracy manage research in the building of high strength steel hull structures and also has certain meanings of guidance and reference on the similar ships follow-up. |
