In recent years, rapid economic development, and promote urban infrastructure construction, improve the urban functions, subway construction usher in the peak of development. Therefore, technical and risk research of subway tunnel construction is the need of metro construction. The geological condition, surrounding environment condition have great influence on metro tunnel construction. Especially in many other uncertainties, both above and below ground structures, pipelines and other produce risk, which requires to completely control the subway tunnel construction technology. Selection of construction Method and the risk factor analysis to ensure the safety of the construction and avoid the risk of accidents. Blast is the main method of tunneling, it is necessary to strengthen the tunnel blasting technique, controlled blasting vibration, blasting a reasonable program design, so as to strengthen the monitoring of risk control within the expected goal of ensuring the subway tunnel and adjacent buildings and other surrounding environmental safety.In this paper, the construction technology research Shallow tunnels, risk analysis, especially blasting and blasting vibration control construction safety management issues for in-depth analysis in combination with Dalian Metro construction. According to the construction characteristics of blasting, the use of risk management theory, system engineering determined the construction of the main risk source. The article achieved very good results through building subway tunnel construction risk evaluation system by AHP, and evaluating by the CIM model. Proposing blasting vibration design, implement smoothly subway tunnel construction.This study involves several important aspects, such as design subway projects, construction and management, the formation of a systematic theory, hoping to provide reference for similar projects.
