Recently years, China’s economy in the policies of opening to the outside world and the world economy, the urban construction presents a scene of prosperity, China’s building energy consumption occupies a large proportion in the energy consumption in society, according to statistics, the proportion accounted for about 32%, accounted for about 5.4% of the civil construction of public buildings, but this part of the public building energy consumption and the basic equal resident power consumption, especially in the cold region in China, because of climate conditions are special, so needed for building energy consumption is higher, therefore has great energy saving potential.This paper first introduces the commonly used detection methods of heat transfer coefficient of enclosure structure, through the comparison and analysis for cold region is finalized heat transfer coefficient of enclosure structure of testing equipment, and verify the accuracy of the equipment. Then, using two different methods in changchun area different insulation wall thermal performance of a public building in the form of field test study, from the test content, the selection of measuring point, testing, equipment selection and installation method of several aspects, such as thinking, analysis and summary, and analyzes the applicability of the two kinds of different test methods and accuracy, and puts forward the testing process should pay attention to the problems and the corresponding requirements; Calculated according to the measured data and theoretical data, public building walls need to meet the minimum thickness value of energy efficiency standards for fly ash autoclave aerated concrete since the insulation structure in energy saving design provides some reference.This chapter finally by using infrared thermal imager respectively to different thermal insulation walls of public buildings in the form of defect inspection, according to the thermodynamic disfigurement detection scheme is put forward, to detect the palisade structure thermal defect parts and to determine whether the qualified, and then according to the test results, analysis the reasons of the existence of thermodynamic disfigurement, and puts forward some Suggestions in view of the defect parts processing and methods.
