In recent years, the style of building structure called reinforced concrete frame structure is widely applied in a large number of civil residence for the sake of its so many advantages such as the light weight, the flexible space, the low cost, the fast constrcture. However, look back the several massive earthquakes,the most of reinforced concrete frame structure failed to show the concept of seismic design which is the requirement called “ the strong column and the weak beam ” in seismic code. Some complex factors lead to the failure that “ the strong column and the weak beam ”. But the impact of slab cannot be neglect. The castin-place slab not only can improve the rigidity and the deformation properties of reinforced concrete frame structure but also can improve the bearing capacity of reinforced concrete frame structure. In some cases that the cast-in-place slab cannot impact on the bearing capacity of column. It leads the imprcovemnt of bearing capacity even through without considering the impact of cast-in-place slab. But it can not make sure the appearance of destructive mechanism that “ the strong column and the weak beam ” even through use the amplification factor of the bearing moment of column to improve the bearing capacity of column artificially. Therefore, all of those above make people face the threat that the loss of life and property.After look up some data, it is easy to find that so many scholar have do a lot of researches about the cast-in-place slab impact the anti-seismic capacity of reinforced concrete frame structure, but there are some questions and fields does not found. This paper will discuss about the specific reasons and the affectivefactors of cast-in-place slab impact the anti-seismic capacity of reinforced concrete frame structure through reading a lot of seismic codes and papers. To build a standard model(model1) and get the reinforcement of each component bya software called PKPM, to build 4 models by changing the thichness of castin-place slab, the sectional dimension of horizonal frame beam, the sectional dimension of orthogonal beam and get the reinforcement of each component. To analyze the cast-in-place slab impact the bearing capacity of beam and column in the side node and the middle node under the different effective width of slab flange by theoretical calculation, and to find the specific reasons and the affective factors of the thichness of cast-in-place slab, the sectional dimension of frame beam and the sectional dimension of orthogonal beam impact the antiseismic capacity. Then to silulate and non-linear analyze the side node and middle node under the horizontal earthquake by a large finite element analysis software called ABAQUS. Finally, on the one hand, compare two results from theoretical calculation and software analysis and get the conclusion about the impact and the degree of impact of cast-in-place slab impact the anti-seismic capacity of reinforced concrete frame structure, on the oher hand, propose some significant advices.
