In order to study the guide blade cascades’ aerodynamic performance of steam turbine, change blade cascade-driven solidity, create three kinds of solidity of high pressure guide blade cascade and carry on research aerodynamic performance for the numerical simulation, while to inlet incidence of the protype blade cascade alter incidence of the aerodynamic performance characteristics for research. The different solidity of blade cascade-driven and the blade cascade flow mechanism after alter incidence’s research for intellectual property rights of steam turbine in China’s provide technical reserves.By changing the solidity of blade cascades and inlet air incidence, detailed analysis of the numerical simulation results, including static pressure coefficient regularity of distribution along cascade profile, meridional surface profile pitch-averaged static pressure cofficient regularity of distribution, total pressure loss coefficient regularity of distribution along axis, blade cascades exit pitch-averaged total pressure loss cofficient regularity of distribution along span-wise and inlet cross section total pressure regularity of distribution.Throught three kinds of solidity straight blade cascades numerical value simulation get the conclusion:static pressure cofficient along cascade profiles indicate three kinds of solidity straight blade cascades all have the character of aft-load cascade profile, meridional surface profile pitch-averaged static pressure cofficient along isoline indicate most in passage are two dimension laminar flow, until approach near the wake to access three dimension turbulence area, the size of the turbulence area increase with solidty and increase. Exit cross section total pressure loss indicate as the solidity increase and increasw, the loss of the area of wikewider, the loss core of up and down passage vortox also more.After changing the incidence numerical simulation indicate:aft-load numerical blade cascades have good incidence adaptability, the change of incidence is not influence static pressure distribution along blade cascades surface, but negetive incidence cound decrease pressure loss litter, and positive incidence is oppsite. Through the result of the different blade cascades flow field analysis of aerodynamic parameters and and found no air congestion phenomena, with the increase of the change of incidence, up and down passage vortex increase, and loss too, wake vortex have similar shape, with the increase of incidence, wake vortex width increase and indicate protype blade cascades has a nice of incidence adaptability.
