Highway networks are critical for maintaining the functions of a modern society. Alone with the increasing of using time and mileages, highway transportation networks started from construction stage to the maintenance stage. In order to guarantee the operation of the highway traffic, technical conditions of the bridge should be paid more attention.And the scientific method should be used to evaluate the technical conditions of the bridge. Highway Bridges collapse may produce serious casualties and vehicle losses, more important is the limit of communication and development. Therefore, highway bridge technique condition evaluation plays an irreplaceable role in bridge accident prevention.This paper propose the conples about penalty coefficient and penalty score,and use them in the new prestressed concrete girder bridge technique condition evaluation mode, by analysising the bridge test specification and technical condition evaluation standard, combining AHP and group decision. Finally, based on the bridge technique condition evaluation scores, predict the life span using regression forecast, and discusses the influence on the service time of bridge maintenance maintenance. This article deeply discussed the above questions.Firstly,in this paper, based on AHP and the guidance of the existing specifications, built prestressed concrete girder bridge technique condition evaluation index system containing A, B, C, D four levels. The system carries on the specification of layered index, seting up 78 indexs of D layer, and detailing the original assessment.Secondary, this paper propose the conples about penalty coefficient and penalty score,and use them in the new prestressed concrete girder bridge technique condition evaluation mode,combining AHP and group decision. From the perspective of expanding important component proportion, build prestressed concrete girder bridge technique condition evaluation model.Lastly, illustrate the feasibility of the prediction for lifetime by bridge technique condition evaluation, and use regression prediction on the lifespan basd on the bridge technique condition evaluation. Case study founds by gauss equation of trigonometric function and predict good model test results have been achieved. Maintenance on the positive impact of bridge life, not only improved the technical condition evaluation scores, and decle rate of technology condition.
