With the development of economy, engineering machine was applied widely, mean while, the requirement of property on engineering machine was more high, the thermal management system is a important part of engineering machine,and its a key factor of deciding the properties of engineering machine. Thus, the study on the thermal management system has a important significance to engineering practice.In this paper, the mainly study object is heat dissipation system, studying on the effects of heat dissipation system on properties of thermal management system. According to heat transfer theory, by means of advanced numerical calculation technology and simulation technology, analysis of the heat balance of the cooling system, numerical simulation of cooling air flow field, we simulate of thermal management system, and find the structure factor and sensitive parameter that impact on the thermal state of the whole loader, propose the solution scheme of impacting properties of heat dissipation system, and avid phenomenon of high temperature appearing, so as to improve properties of engineering machine and its work efficiency. In study process, we mainly used CFD technology to study and improve cooling air system, and adopted Matlab software to simulate and analyze simulation system, so, we can receive following conclusions:(1)Separated heat dissipation system can increase the flow of cooling air, and reduce the temperature of the surface of radiator. Wind suction is more beneficial than blowing in increasing cooling air flow, and improve heat dissipation properties of radiator.(2) Fixed on some distance(L1/L2=1.6~5.2) between engine and radiator, fan can impact cooling air flow and heat dissipation of radiator tiny.(3) clapboard can not increase heat dissipation properties of radiator, but hinder the flow of cooling air. thus, clapboard decrease cooling air flow of radiator inlet and produce disadvantaged impact on heat dissipation of radiator.(4) The air flow can impact inlet temperature of radiator sensitively, and the value of sensitivity is high, so, adjust cooling air flow can control inlet temperature of radiator effectively.
