| Defense and reduce rural earthquake disaster is an important task of earthquake disaster preparedness and mitigation. A lot of research shows that the broad masses of peasants of shockproof seismic knowledge a lack of understanding of buildings, towns and villages to build houses generally reach the standard, seismic performance is poor, difficult to preventing earthquake disasters, serious threat to the life property safety of the masses of peasants. Strengthen the rural construction earthquake fortification measures implementation, towns and improve the building’s ability to resist the earthquake, is the urgent request of seismic disaster reduction work in the new period.In this paper, based on field investigation and research on the current status of the villages and towns in our province building aseismic capacity, the main research work completed the following four aspects:1. To complete the villages and towns in shandong province building aseismic capacity of the investigation of the status quo of the report, summarizes the current villages and towns in shandong province building forms, characteristics and the present situation of the seismic performance, and the current problems existing in the villages and towns in shandong province building seismic fortification are analyzed.2. According to the shandong rural construction of three kinds of typical structure forms:civil structure, brick structure and brick structure, analyzes the possible potential earthquake characteristics, and the villages and towns construction in active service in the basic intensity and more severe earthquake under the action of seismic capacity was calculated to evaluate; (3) analyzed the main influence factors of village and town building seismic performance of, and carries on the quantitative evaluation, discusses the influence factors and the relationship between the seismic damage.4. According to the current status of rural construction technology and management, put forward to strengthen our province rural building earthquake resistance capability of technology and management measures. |
