In the northern area of China in hot summer and cold winter, the natural cold resourc e is very rich. In the field of traditional refrigeration and air conditioning, excessive use of energyconsumption and the refrigerant has caused environmental pollution and other issues, a nd China needs to consume a lot of energy in the summer, livestock, poultry and other roome nvironment control and preservation of agricultural products, especially the consumption ofa l arge number of non renewable energy. In the face of the energy crisis, people began tolook f or more new renewable energy sources to replace non renewable energy. Aiming at the abov e problems, make full use of our country the rich natural cold resource, design a kind of fi n using natural cold resource alternative refrigerant pipe type heat exchanger.Through access to relevant literature, the key components of the test system for thestructure design of fin tube heat exchanger, through theoretical calculation, determine the basic geometric parameters.(1)Build a finand tube heat exchanger performance test bench. 4 system test platform, namely the storage system, refrigeration system, automatic control system and data processing system. The storage system is the basis of the experiment, the refrigeration cycle systemfor fin and tube heat exchanger for cooling capacity test, virtual instrument automatic control of main application laboratory system has been formed(Virtual Instrument) technique to measure the temperature of the model test in the library, using Lab VIEW software to set theinverter frequency, control shaft the corresponding flow fan and pump speed control, thespeed and the size of the water flow. Data processing system is the collection of test data,and the environment to achieve constant temperature and humidity in the library or through the fan and adjust the water flow.(2)Structure design of fin and tube heat exchanger. According to the principles and desi gn "of the heat exchanger, the heat exchanger was carried out to determine the selection,struc ture and materials, the corresponding theoretical calculation to determine the structural parame ters, and the test system, the air blower, water pump type.(3) Based on the test platform of fin and tube heat exchanger were studied with single f actor and multi factor. As for the heat exchanger structure parameters and the optimum param eter combination of three factors and five levels of two, using quadratic regression orthogonalrotation combination test center, in the heat exchanger tube length, windward area, water as th e influencing factors, the refrigeration efficiency for testing performance,experiments were conducted to study the optimization and analysis of the effect of each factor on refrigeration perf ormance index, the structure and working parameters of optimalcombination, namely the wate r flow is 0.86 m fand /h, length 28~34m, the area of 0.18 ~0.25 square meters. And the test o f the optimized combination of parameters.
