A Study On The Ecological Network Planning Of The New City Of Southern Liyang

In the period of rapid urbanization, extensive land development Liyang city’ slocal natural ecological background suffer a huge impact, and draw further apart from its "Eco-Liyang" development ideas. Because of "city ecological network pattern" has a good maintenance function and advantages for the integrity and security of urban ecology, ecological network planning of southern Liyang was proposed. Based on this reinterpretation, this research took the quantitative analysis as a leading combined with qualitative analysis, to build a new path of ecological network planning of "sensitivity regionalization-greensource-green way-green network-green synthesis". And using the "state of the spatial pattern of dual ring network green size" method for the pilot, explored the land-use layout and industrial system of the new city in southern Liyang.This paper is divided into three parts:First, this paper combed the progress of relevant domestic and foreign ecological network planning, theories and methods, especially the "Patch-Corridor-Matrix" method. This paper rethinking the idea of ecological network under the perspective of urban planning, including " greensource ", "green way", " green network ", "green synthesis "as ecological network synthesis, then constructed the frameworkof urban ecological network planning system.Second, on the basis of urban ecological network system planning framework, this paper constructed a new path of ecological network planning method of "sensitivity regionalization-greensource-green way-green network-green synthesis"on the practical cases of ecological network planning of southern Liyang, including (1) Regionalizing local ecology sensitivity, (2) Identifying the highly sensitive "greensource", (3) Building "green way" at minimum ecological cost, (4) Integrating the optimal "green network" structure, (5) compositing the variety of functions of green synthesis (ecological network synthesis). In the process of practical planning, quantitative analysis and qualitative judgment was used.Third, through the "dual-core,one circle, more green ways" ecological spatial pattern the new city of southern Liyang formed the "one line and two areas" urban development space pattern and ideas of "one axis, three hearts, several areas" spatial structure, which connecting with the actual demand and the local industrial system, giving out reasonable layout of function blocks, matching the industrial system, finally through the construction of urban ecological network reaching the goal of building the city of ecological network.
