Ultrasonic motor uses the converse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric materials converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, is elastomeric particle in certain areas of the surface has the actuating effect of periodic trajectory movement rules, and with the rotor by frictional coupling, to achieve the output of mechanical vibration. Compared with the traditional electromagnetic motor, ultrasonic motor has low speed high torque and power self-locking, without magnetic field interference, structure forms, fast response speed, no lubrication, etc, ultrasonic motor has produced ultrasonic motor in aerospace, scientific instruments, memes, and other fields have broad application prospects. Based on the technology of ultrasonic motor and harmonic drive technology, put forward a kind of transducer drive harmonic piezoelectric motor, this is a new kind of embedded micro motor, using the transducer ultrasonic motor drive,through the interference of the rotor and soft round to transform the micro motion of the ultrasonic motor for the macroscopic movement.First, in the light of the principle of the compound transducer, through comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each mode excitation, selected ultrasonic motor driven by longitudinal and bending vibration compound transducer. Analysis of the actuating principle of longitudinal and bending vibration compound transducer, establish a particle trajectory equation, and ensure the driving performance of transducer. Studied the influence of different parameters on the composite transducer, have a large number of analysis in the finite element, and concluded that the impact of different parameters, to provide a theoretical basis for the design of ultrasonic motor.Second, design of two ultrasonic transducers drive, respectively for a single ultrasonic transducers drive and symmetry ultrasonic transducers drive. Determine the structure and working principle of two ultrasonic transducers drive, and then separately for two ultrasonic transducers drive components of the modal analysis and transient analysis, modal analysis of the frequency of the transducer and the stator ring merger and get the stator vibration frequency, transient analysis get the particle tangential displacement, radial displacement and ellipse trajectory. Through transient analysis get the velocity analysis of stator, and get the output characteristic theory of ultrasonic drive.Finally, based on the two ultrasonic transducers drive to design harmonic piezoelectric motors, analyzes the working principle,statics analysis of the soft wheel, and minimum ratio analysis of harmonic drive system, get the output speed characteristic theory of harmonic piezoelectric motor.
