Concrete,as the basic material of modern construction, has been widely used. However, People have higher requirement to the work performance for building materials nowadays, and the intelligence requirements of materials are gradually emerging with the development of society. Carbon fiber reinforced concrete(CFRC) is a new composite material that the appropriate amount of carbon fiber was added in ordinary concrete. Compared with ordinary concrete, the CFRC has excellent characteristics, such as the resistivity-temperature behavior, piezoresistivity, electrothermal properties, and electromagnetic shielding properties. In this paper, the relevant electrical characteristics of the special CFRC, mixed with micro conductive material(the carbon nanofibers, nano carbon black, steel slag powder) to strengthen the excellent characteristics, was tested, as follows:1. The basic mechanical properties and conductive properties of the special CFRC has been studied. It is found that the resistivity increases first and then decreases with the increase of micro conductive material.2.The research on piezoresistivity of the special CFRC has been done. When the carbon nanofibers is 0.6%, piezoresistivity can reach the best. Meantime, different humidity, different electrify time, different micro electric conductive material will influence piezoresistivity.3.The resistivity-temperature behavior of the special CFRC has been investigated. When the steel slag powder is 5%, resistivity-temperature behavior can reach the best.4.The comparative analysis of the cost of the special CFRC with different micro conductive material, getting the suitable concrete for diverse situation.
