Nowadays, China’s industrialization and the depth of integration of information technology and the rapid development of the Internet, as the transfer and exchange of information media has become a very important basic element in the operation of the whole social life. In today’s information-rich age, we reform and technological innovation at the same time, more attention to the safety information. Electricity is one of the basic industries, which provide support for the country’s economic development in the protection of people’s daily life, but the entire power system from the organization can be divided into generation, scheduling two systems and power generation, transmission, distribution, consumption of four links. In recent years, with the rapid development of various information and communication technologies and their use in large-scale power systems, security and stability of operation of the power system has brought a threat, accordingly, need for electric power information network security issues in-depth analysis and research. Based on the power of information on the safety analysis, clear the current power information network security threats mainly from the Power Information Network threats and border security threats power information system, while the evaluation model applied to Power Information Network the goal is to establish reliable information security system for the power plant, reducing internal and external security attacks and threats faced by the plant information system.
