Pump, an universal power machinery, is widely used in industry. Pump is applied to various fields, such as mining drainage tunnel, metallurgical smelting furnace transport various liquids and agricultural irrigation. The problem of low efficiency, performance, instability, poor anti-cavitation, and head of non-compliance are presence in domestic pump. In this paper, I will establish a mathematical model of efficiency, head and NPSH, Centrifugal impeller geometry has been optimized that used multi-objective optimization design method. Establish three-dimensional construction model and flow field analysis for centrifugal optimized. Finally, the structural characteristics of the centrifugal pump impeller were studied to provide reference, for the centrifugal pump optimized to further optimize. The main contents:1. Respectively established centrifugal impeller efficiency, head, NPSH and hump curve mathematical model. Combining efficiency, head, NPSH mathematical model into a multi-objective optimization mathematical model, determine the conditions to eliminate the hump curve.2. Each objective function is given to the corresponding weight coefficient, determine the boundary conditions centrifugal impeller main geometric parameters, write up the relevant genetic algorithm. In MATALB calculated the program to impeller geometry optimization, Centrifugal pumps and centrifugal pumps for the original mathematical model optimized are comparative and analysis, get the excellent performance centrifugal geometrical parameters.3. Using PRO/E software for centrifugal impeller and volute runner were three-dimensional modeling. Using ANSYS ICEM CFD software to centrifugal impeller and pump housing are divided unstructured grids, the impeller and the pump casing flow field grid assembly and output files can be analyzed FLUENT.4. Determining inlet boundary condition and outlet boundary conditions and the contact surface of centrifugal pump. Using FLUENT software to numerical simulation in different conditions of centrifugal pump flow field, Obtained under different conditions in the flow field of centrifugal pump speed, static pressure and total pressure distribution.5. According to the simulation results predict a centrifugal pump performance curve, and the results were compared before and after the centrifugal pump optimization, Verify the optimized centrifugal efficiency and head have been improved, more stable operation.
