This paper aimed to analysis running features of distribution system riched in distributed generation and electric vehicle, coordinate the distributed generation supply power and the electric vehicle charging power. By optimizing the coordination mechanism of the distribution system, the operation of the power distribution system is more economic and reasonable, the network loss is reduced, and the power quality is improved.This paper first introduces the basic concept and classification of distributed generation and electric vehicle, considers the influence of the distribution system with distributed generation and the electric vehicle. At the same time, the distribution system access to the electric vehicle. In the distribution system riched in distributed generation and electric vehicle, distribution system obtains the optimal supply power of distributed generation and the optimal charging power of electric cars. By optimizing the distribution system achieves the effect of in situ given as far as possible, and optimizes the operation of the power distribution system. Distributed generation considers new energy as energy to generate electricity, randomly distributed energy leads to randomly distributed generation supply. Therefore, optimization process should consider the stochastic characteristics of distributed generation supply. By using of chance constrained programming and random sampling, this paper analyzes the random characteristic of distributed generation, gives the distributed generation output power considering the stochastic characteristic. At the same time, this paper considers electric vehicles slow charging, conventional charging and fast charging three charging mode, compares and optimizes deterministic output power of distributed generation and randomness output power of distributed generation. By contrasting and analysising distribution system operation characteristics of three electric vehicle charging modes and two kinds of distributed generation output mode, focusing on the analysis of the distribution system operation node voltage and the network loss. At last, according to contrast and analysis, the distribution system obtains the optimum charging power of electric vehicle, and considers the number of different types of distributed generation based on the randomly characteristics of distributed generation, and then considers the expanding nodes, all provide a basis for the optimal operation of distribution system.This paper using the simulated annealing particle swarm optimization (pso) algorithm to optimize the operation characteristics of the distribution system and gets the optimal power of distributed generation and the optimal charging power of electric vehicle. Regardless of the randomly characteristics of distributed generation, this paper sets the maximum network loss of distribution system before and after accessing to distributed generation variation as objective function model. After considering distributed generation randomly, considering voltage offset difference maximum of the distribution system access to distributed generation and electric vehicle as multi-objective function, to solve the optimal operation mechanism of distribution system.In order to support the theoretical study, there are a large number of examples analyses. This article consider that the distribution system access to wind power and photovoltaic power, due to the output power is limited by randomly wind and solar energy, in order to prevent the abandon of wind and solar phenomena, distributed generation supply power are insufficient or too high, and it will lead to part of the node voltage deviation is too large or network loss increase. So distribution system may consider appropriate in the corresponding node increases the capacity of distributed generation, ensure the power quality of distribution system in better level, to reduce the network loss has some auxiliary function. This paper use the simulated annealing particle swarm algorithm effectively solves the power distribution system optimization problem, reduce the number of iterations and the calculation time, improve the convergence rate, and the results more accurate, and brought great convenience for the calculation. At the same time, this article puts forward the reasonable adjustment scheme of the optimal electric vehicle charging mode and the optimal distributed generation supply power, and this scheme can undertake reasonable application in new energy rich region.The numbers and types of new distributed generation and electric vehicle connected the distribution system are increasing, to research distribution system operation characteristics of distributed generation and the electric vehicle is becoming more and more important. At the same time, making full use of distributed generation supply power can not only meet the demand of the system load, but also reduce system primary energy consumption. Optimization the optimal supply power of the distributed generation and the optimal charging power of electric vehicle of the distribution system, to improve the power quality of distribution system, reduces the system network loss, improve the security and stability of the system operation.
