Due to the increasing urban population and the rapid development of urbanization, the construction of the city will face a bigger challenge. Traffic is the key of the city development and progress, a city want to get the sustainable development of the future for a long time, must pay attention to the development of traffic. The traffic problem if not properly solved, it may cause the collapse of the city. At this time to develop the construction of rail transit can prompt city towards a better direction. At this time to develop the construction of rail transit can prompt city towards a better direction. However, a large number of construction of subway tunnel will make strata disturbance, the strata movement and stress redistribution around the trigger. Because of the subway tunnel buried depth of problems, so how to plan the buried depth of the tunnel is an important task. Secondly, the tunnel excavation will affect buildings in the city then risk assessment on the tunnel and the structures are very important.In this paper, the main work is as follows:①This paper deeply analyses the tunnel excavation in the construction process of ground movement and deformation caused by several aspects, including: lining deformation, the construction process of formation damage, caused by the soil around the variation of pore water and under the shear destruction of soil consolidation. Inside this drainage cause formation damage and formation of ground surface movement and deformation is one of the most important.②This paper also several factors of surface movement caused by tunnel(the section size and the depth of excavation, excavation in formation conditions) do the elaboration and analysis respectively.③Formation is the only medium contact tunnel and the upper structure, the building of the state of the good and bad is completely determined by the formation condition and its supporting role. Tunnel- soil- structure dynamic interaction is very complex, the three form a comprehensive system of multiple structure, multiple factors.④The interaction between tunnel and buildings are analyzed, including the offset distance, embedment depth, the level of surrounding rock, foundation stiffness and other factors. Through the analysis can be found, interaction between tunnel and buildings exist, the most unfavorable position on the edge of the building for tunnel, not directly in the building.⑤Puts forward the relevant concepts of the risk, illuminates the risk process and the basic ideas of risk control, and puts forward the risk by using the theory of risk analysis of the mutation in tunnel are analyzed.
