| At present, China has become one of countries in the world that has the largest, the most complicated, the fastest-growing tunnels. As the construction speed improving, more and more highway tunnels has been constructed. At the same time, due to the construction of various reasons, some stabling road tunnels have suffered different degrees of quality problems which gives the safe operation of these defects tunnel poses a potential risk. What’s seriously, some of them even affect the normal operation of the tunnel. However, because of complex tunnel construction technology, uncertain geological conditions and numerous construction processes, many potential hazards exist in the construction process, these are easy to produce construction defects which affect the tunnel construction and operations. These defects not only affect the surrounding rock and structural stability, but also the i MPact of construction and operational safety. Therefore, it is very important to research construction defects tunnel lining safety iMPact. In view of this, this paper has built an instance of the Liu Shao Gou tunnel project, through the use of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation research tools for less than the thickness of the lining, the lining behind the voids and cracks lining structure of these three diseases affect the safety lining structure were studied, the main work and research results are summarized as follows :First, the research based on the test of Liu Shao Gou tunnel, by the test results, summarized resulting in insufficient thickness of tunnel lining, the lining behind the voids and cracks in the lining of the main causes of diseases form and analyzed research status of these three diseases.Secondly, based on stratigraphic- structural principle method, by the force of the principle of lining structure, combined with the disease form of Liu Shao Gou tunnel, set up a simplified model with less than the thickness of the lining, the lining behind the voids and cracks.Then, this paper has establishment of a three-dimensional elastic-plastic finite element model for analysis by numerical simulation. One analyzes the i MPact on the safety factor cross lining structure of the shortcomings lining thickness, voids behind the lining and the lining cracks appearing, another analysis of the defects or diseases of different structures in the lining position and vertical variation of the stress along the tunnel and a safety factor of different length lining structure.Finally, a coMParative analysis of the above findings, draw tunnel lining structure changes affect the structural safety in construction defect action; by analyzing of the changes in the structure of the force, lining structure in the most unfavorable position the role of different diseases have drawn, for Safety evaluation and post-tunnel structure provides the basis for operational monitoring. |
