With the accelerating of urbanization in China, the traffic demand has increased dramatically. The road traffic congestion, frequent traffic accidents, environmental damage have become the important factors, which hindering the development of the city. Then the rail transit arises. Soon, this fast, punctual and environmentally friendly transportation is generally accepted by citizens. In recent years, the rail transit construction has been well supported in China. And the rail transit in many cities has developed quickly. With the construction of the rail transit and the increase number of the passengers.,the safety issue is paid attention to by the society. In terms of the research of the design and construction of rail construction in some plain cities in early years such as Beijing and Shanghai, they have already achieved certain results. Affected by the special landscape in mountainous city, the rail transit construction starts late. And the research of the urban rail transit safety is very limited. Meanwhile, due to the high population density, narrow roads, and the limited choices of traffic means in mountainous city, the advantage of rail transit offers more choices in mountainous city. This research of the rail transit safety has very important practical significance.This study aims at researching the urban rail transit hub in mountainous city, analyzing the safety characteristics of the urban rail transit hub in moutainous city and focusing on evacuation strategy under the emergency. Firstly, this study researches the rail traffic in moutainous city, summarizes the construction characteristic, operation characteristic and disaster characteristic of the moutainous city. Secondly, I use the means of PHA and FTA to identify the emergency state of the urban rail transport hub in mountainous city and establish the identification procedure. Then the study summarizes the evacuation elements, comes up with the calculation method of the evacuation route.The method combines the improved ACA and three-dimensional evacuation route and puts forward the evacuation ability evaluation model of rail transit in mountainous city.This study finally studies the preplan compiling on urban rail transit hub in mountainous city. The study mainly studies the formation factors of evacuation plans based on the relevant regulation and emergency evacuation system, puts ward the emergency evacuation system, the evacuation plan under the circumstance of emergency in moutainous city and establishes the recovery procedures after the disaster of moutainous city.
