With the rapid development of science and technology, modern Bridges bridge upper structure become obstacles to its own weight spanning capacity of key factors, corrugated steel web PC composite box girder bridge arises at the historic moment, because of its structural characteristics of thin and strong bearing capacity, widely recognised worldwide in recent years, and are becoming increasingly solid bridge in position.In order to adapt to the further development of corrugated steel web PC composite box girder bridge, the static performance of modified embedded type shear key and failure pattern on the comprehensive analysis and research, and through the experimental study and finite element three-dimensional simulation were analyzed, introduced improved embedded with a broad range of general formula of the bearing capacity of the shear key. Therefore, this article has carried on the following several aspects:① for the development of corrugated steel web PC composite box-girder bridge and the development of shear keys in the domestic and foreign research situation and common shear key types and application situation was introduced in brief;② through in this paper, based on engineering- spend tianhe bridge project summary introduction introduces the research object of this paper, the modified embedded type shear key, and the structural form was introduced in brief;③ in the form of launch test on the modified embedded type shear key and known as the S- PBL shear key static properties and the failure pattern of contrast test, and analyze the failure mechanism of the; And design of the 5 groups of different influence factors of structure size change advanced embedded type shear key, observe and record the test results with the standard size of the modified embedded type shear key coMParative analysis, found that test the modified embedded type about the S- the ultimate bearing capacity of the shear key PBL ultimate bearing capacity of 2 times.④ rely on the basic theory of finite element to nonlinear finite element calculation software Midas/FEA with modified embedded type shear key three-dimensional solid finite element analysis, and through the test of static performance and failure pattern coMParative analysis demonstrate the reliability of the finite element calculation results;⑤ on the bearing capacity mainly used to study the effect of shear key influencing factors of theoretical analysis, finite element and finite element values obtained were coMPared with experimental data analysis, to determine the bearing capacity of the modified embedded type shear key key influencing factors, and by co MParing calculation to determine the factors that affect the static performance of the order.⑥ through to 128 groups of finite element values and a large number of experimental results of multiple regression analysis, as well as the existing PBL bearing capacity formula of the experience summary, finally introduced specially suitable for modified embedded type bearing capacity calculation formula of the shear key.⑦ All landowners calculated value of formula and finite element value and experimental value, this paper co MPares and analyzes the numerical value of reliability and accuracy. The formula used in practical engineering has wide applicability and reliability.⑧Was based on the modified embedded type specific quantitative analysis of the influence factors of shear key research, combined with the engineering practice, to determine the reasonable structure of the modified embedded type shear key parameter values range.Is demonstrated through the above all aspects of the research results, the modified embedded type shear key is S- PBL and the static performance of ordinary embedded type shear key superiority, determines the key influence factors on the result of bearing capacity, launched with broad applicability of modified formula of the bearing capacity of the embedded type shear key, is advantageous to the modified embedded type shear key for further promotion.
