Currently, Pile foundation project is the most widely used form of a deep foundation, it own a higher carrying capacity, a better stability, a smaller settlement, less consumption of materials, and other convenient construction features. Due to pile foundation are buried in the ground, and its construction technology, construction conditions, construction quality is difficult to be effective and reliable monitored, so pile after pile integrity testing will often find that there are some piles defects. At the actual work, the pile is playing the role as the media which needs to pass a load of the upper structure to a certain depth of soil around the pile, for which the pile should provide the necessary strength, rigidity and stability to ensure the completion of the load transfer task. Therefore, if the pile is flawed, it maybe impacts the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile normal functioning. Based on ABAQUS/Standard, in this paper researches the impact of pile’s vertical bearing capacity when defect position, the defect area, the defect thickness changes and so on, and those defect includes the party enlarged of piles, the party necked-in of piles and segregating concrete of piles.Firstly, the article introduces the theory, test methods and practical engineering test results about detecting low strain pile integrity, in order to provide a rationale for the model selected for the pile defects. And it provides detailed information on the characteristics of ABAQUS/Standard software and the key issues of modeling.Then, combined with the existing project examples of static load test results, gives contrast analysis among the numerical simulated results, the calculated and measured results, the theoretical results of the pile. At the same time comes to the vertical bearing behavior of a complete pile.Finally, using the finite element software ABAQUS to simulate and analyze the defect results defective piles respective vertical bearing character of the party enlarged of piles, the party necked-in of piles and segregating concrete of piles. And use the change in the pile defect position, the defect area, more group than in the model section thickness defects, obtained expanding, necking, isolate the influence of defects on each pile bearing capacitycapacity when defect’s in different defect types, and pile location, defect size, defect thickness changes at the same time, and sums up the influence law.
