High-speed railway is getting a rapid development in our country during recent years. But theoretical calculation and research are still insufficient as well as the process of CRTS I bi-block ballastless track. The construction methods and steps are usually based on accumulated experiences that may take a waste of time and labors. As a consequence, this paper will focus on the construction process and its optimization.First of all, a track panel FE model was build to analyze the mechanical properties of CRTS I bi-block ballastless track during the construction process. The results shows that the interval of screw regulators should not exceed 3 times of fastening interval. On the other hand the gauge support bars should be better to set on the location of screw regulators to control the rail gauge.Secondly, temperature field of track-bed concrete was calculated based on the thermotics and its FE methods. During the concrete pouring and curing stage, the hydration heat presented a heavy influence on the center of the concrete and keep itsinfluence for 72 hours which means water-sprinkling maintenance maybecome ineffective increasingly when exceeding the impact time.finally, temperature stress was researched based on the temperature field results. Pouring time and curing methods was discussed. It turned out that 19 o’clock is a suited time for concrete pouring. The form removal should be delayed for 2 days if the temperature is above 15 ℃.
