The temperature field of ballastless track which is exposed in the air for a long time changes as meteorological parameters changing, it has a great effect on the bearing capacity and durability of the track structure. Currently there are few researches on the track temperature field at home and abroad. The cracking and damage of track structure emerge in endlessly due to temperature effect. So to carry out the research on the track temperature field distribution and to determine the temperature load mode agrees with actual situation would be significant.Full-scale experimental model of CRTS I double-block blastless track was established in Chengdu. The temperature field of this track and meteorological parameter around this track had been observing long-term and a lot of reliable data were acquired. The time-space distribution characters of the track temperature field and temperature gradient so on were analyzed emphatically, the correlation of track temperature and air temperature was analyzed using temperature data and meteorological parameters data.Basic theory of three-dimensional transient temperature field finite element analysis was expounded based on the basic principle of heat transfer and finite element method in this paper. Through summarizing a large number of literature data and field measurement data, relevant thermal parameters which would be used to calculate the track temperature field are fixed, the boundary and initial conditions of track temperature field were appropriately simplified, the finite element calculation model of ballastless track based on the air temperature and radiation were established. The results of theoretical calculation were compared with the measured temperature value, the results show that the calculated result is in good agreement with the experimental data, the method of the calculate the track temperature field by finite element software ANSYS is feasible and we can get the results which are be in accordance with engineering accuracy.Meteorological parameters and material parameters of the ballastless track are analyzed by using the finite element model in this paper. The parametric analysis about different solar radiation intensity, different daily air temperature difference and different heat conductivity coefficient so on would be carried out to research the distribution of the temperature field of ballastless track and to obtain the influence situation of the track temperature field under different value of the meteorological parameters and the thermal parameters.Finally the regional hourly solar radiation intensity calculation method were introduced in this paper and the track temperature field of typical areas in China was calculated and analyzed, which can provide the reference for predicting the track temperature field in different areas.
