Embedded track structure is the basement of Trams, the function is to convince the safe and comfortable running of tram by designed speed in using life. Embedded track structure consists of rail, polyurethane, resilient sleeper-bearing, PVC tube, embedded track slab, self-compacting concrete and base slab. It was the first time that Embedded track structure was built in our country, so there is no engineering experience to be used for reference. This paper puts forward some existing problems on Embedded track structure according to unit ballastless track that built by passenger dedicated line, and based on the problem of Embedded track structure. This paper establish corresponding mechanical models, and using the finite element method to study embedded track slab. The main work is as follows:(1)By collecting the main form of modern trams in both foreign and domestic, this paper analysis the characteristic of track structure in both foreign and domestic, the distinction between embedded track structure and railway unit ballastless track structure was contested, and putting forward unreasonable place of the design of Embedded track structure.(2)This paper established mechanical model for the problem and model’s components were simplified. According to fixed pitch and wheelbase, this paper analysis the transfer range of single wheel load and group wheel load of Tram, and a certanin calculation model is put forward, which is only consider the role of one wheel load.(3)According to the existing relationship between the layers and the load in Embedded track structure’s using life, the influence of Embedded track structure force which caused by the change of the thickness parameters of Embedded track slab and self-compacting concrete t.And providing a reasonable numerical value range which as the theoretical basis of the thickness of Embedded track slab and self-compacting concrete.(4)This paper established beam-body model, and caculated the maximum internal force between embedded track slab vertical and horizontal cross-section by different load combinations. Then based on the calculated cross-sectional internal forces, caculating the amount of reinforcement of embedded track slab.
