In recent years, high-speed railways, highways, interurban railway, subway and maglev system develop rapidly in various countries of the world with their own unique advantages. In the rail transit field today, the technical standards of the traditional wheel-track railway line around the world is improving, but for low-medium speed maglev transportation system, track design standard has not yet formed a universal theory. This paper adopts the method of combining the theoretical analysis and dynamic simulation to study vertical curve parameters of the low-medium speed maglev, which is written in the engineering background of the low-medium speed maglev test line of Zhuzhou locomotive factory. Finally, the paper will give a reasonable recommended value of the vertical curve.In theory analysis phase, the author refers the research methods on the traditional wheel-track railway line vertical curve parameters and contacts characteristics of the low-medium speed maglev transportation system. Then, the author do research on the recommended parameters of the vertical curve from three perspectives including passenger comfort, levitation gap of single levitation frame and space geometric location limit.The model is established by the multi-body dynamics analysis software (SIMPACK), and its component parameters refer the test Maglev Vehicle of Zhuzhou locomotive factory. Since there is no maglev modules in SIMPACK, the author establishes moving markers and the virtual body in railway centerline, which have been given railway joint to make the suspension come true. After that, levitation-control substructures added to the model to simulate the floating of the maglev vehicle.In simulation analysis phase, vertical curve forms, vertical curve radius, slope difference, traffic speed are selected as main working parameters. After the simulation analysis, the paper conclude the dynamics general rules of maglev vehicle-track system according to comfort Indicators, vehicle running stability indicators, rated levitation gap. Finally the reasonable recommended parameters of the low-medium speed maglev vertical curve will be obtained in combination with the theoretical research before.
