| Hydraulic pressure valve element is very critical in the hydraulic system. The dynamic characteristic and static characteristic will directly work stationarity and the hydraulic sys-tem to load other component life and influence system performance. In the traditional pres-sure valve design, in order to improve the stability of constant pressure valve, pressure valve is additionally arranged in the outlet of the throttling device, which not only increases the power loss of the system, and increase the deformation of the system components, but also the flow characteristics of the system have certain influence. A kind of hydraulic valve based on independent damping adjustable pressure theory and method was put forward. The estab-lishment of independent damping adjustable static and dynamic mathematical model of pressure system, analysis of influence of pressure valve stability, response time and voltage deviation of key parameters using AMESim software, integrated structure and the flow field parameters of physical state of the medium pressure valve dynamic pressure characteristics of static adjustment influence, key design parameter independent damping pressure regulat-ing system the formation of theoretical system design. At the same time, the research group in the simulation results based on the prototype trial production and a large number of ex-periments, experimental results agree with the simulation. By the simulation and experi-mental results show that the use of consistency:independent damping system is simplified sealing structure and independent damping volume throttling composite control based on the principle of the pressure adjusting technology can significantly improve the static and dy-namic characteristics of the system.This paper consists of three parts:1. Single piston cavity independent damping pressure regulating device with dual piston cavity independent damping adjustable physical model of pressure device is analyzed, and the structure principle is analyzed in detail. And the static characteristics of opening and closing of mathematical modeling, and analyzed the influence of structural parameters on the opening and closing characteristics, provides the basis for the simulation analysis.2. The single piston cavity independent damping pressure regulating device with dual piston independent damping pressure regulating device of dynamic performance simulation, changing one parameter in the same basic parameters, analysis of influence of basic parame-ters of pressure regulating device on the dynamic performance of the cone valve, so as to guide the structural design of the pressure regulating device.3. The single piston cavity independent damping pressure regulating device of inquiry and static performance test and dynamic performance, and through experiments, further ex-plore the improvement, the conclusion is:the cone valve in addition independent damping pressure regulating device can achieve better dynamic performance and reduce pressure overshoot and would not affect the response time, static performance of the cone valve is still very good. |
