The promotion of smart grid and power electronic technology, provides the conditions for the development of micro grid. Micro grid solved large-scale access problems of distributed power in low voltage distribution network, which plays an important role in shorting the distance of source and load, improving the quality of power supply, reducing the network loss in high power grid, meanwhile, micro grid creates a good environment to fully utilize renewable energy. It is that economical efficiency of micro grid operation attracts users and makes it develop in electric power system. Therefore, study of the micro grid economic operation has a very practical significance, moreover, this is a key and difficult point, so it attracted the attention of many scholars at home and abroad, the paper mainly studies the economic dispatch of micro grid.This paper firstly introduces the research status of micro grid economic operation, sets up the steady power output model of photovoltaic, wind machine, micro gas turbine, fuel cell and energy storage device. Considering that the micro grid can produce pollution gases when it runs, so we establish the model of the pollutant discharge punishment between the output power of microsources, and last comprehensively establish dynamic economic dispatch model for micro grid which aims to minimize cost of micro grid operation combined heat and power generation and environmental governance in the condition of grid connected.Secondly, in consideration of multi-variability, multi-constraint and multi-dimension of micro grid economic operation, from the point of view of a branch of swarm intelligence optimization algorith-particle swrarm optimization algorith, we study the microgrid economic dispatch problem. Thinking of the deficiency of the basic particle swarm optimization algorithm in the process of optimization, integrated a series of improvement measures, phased adjustment of acceleration factor and dynamic adjustment of inertia weight are introduced to balance the local and global search ability of particles, improved part particles with poor performance to accelerate the convergence speed of particle, by these ways to improve the convergence precision of the particle, a particle swarm optimization with multi-strategy integration, MSI-PSO algorithm is adopted, then use the MSI-PSO algorithm to solve the dynamic economic dispatch model, compared with other several improved PSO algorithm, the results show that MSI-PSO algorithm has obvious advantages in solving the economic dispatch problem of micro grid. Electricity price of the superior power grid has great influence on each micro source output, power grid can formulate reasonable peak and off-peak electricity price to make micro grid transport power under the condition of insufficient main grid power supply, and that the micro grid users can compare the peak and off-peak electricity price of the power grid with generating cost in the micro grid, reasonably buy power, and can get benefit from the differential price.The last, in view of random and intermittent of wind power and photovoltaic in micro grid, we take samples of prediction error of wind power and photovoltaic power by the latin hypercube method, then use synchronous cutting method to reduce the collected scenes, and establish multi-period scene model of wind and photovoltaic generation power in scheduling period, and give the probability of every scene occurrence. Finally, use the MSI-PSO algorithm to solve stochastic expected value decision model based on the scene analysis, the results show that with the increase of prediction error of wind power and photovoltaic power, the comprehensive cost of the system is increased.
