From car born, they have gave people’s production and life much convenience, modern society, cars become the symbol of the development of human society and civilization progress. However, with the rapid increase of traditional car ownership, it also brings the energy crisis, environmental pollution and a series of serious problems to the human society. Developing pure electric bus as a representative of new energy vehicles, for the rational use of energy, improve the environment condition, raise the level of human life and realize the sustained and healthy development of the society is of great significance.This paper based on the medium of pure electric bus project of Suzhou Green Control technology co., LTD. Study of pure electric bus power system parameters matching. According to the present development of pure electric bus,government support, and the performance characteristics of drive motor, battery and the AMT transmission matching with pure electric passenger bus.First of all, the paper briefly introduced the development of pure electric vehicles. The research status of pure electric vehicles at home and abroad, the current research status of AMT transmission and the background of the research and development in our country and the promotion of pure electric bus are discussed in this paper. At the same time, this article research based on the basic composition of AMT pure electric bus power system structure and working principle of the system are introduced, especially, the key technology in pure electric bus AMT transmission is analyzed and the key technologies of the research.Secondly, through theoretical analysis to match and select the parameters for pure electric bus power system main components(battery, motor, gearbox). Under the simulation environment of MATLAB/Simulink, build the pure electric passenger vehicle model, battery model, motor and controller system model, transmission model, main reduction model, the wheel/axle model and electrical accessories model based on ADVISOR. In considering the ADVISOR’s own default for front wheel drive, the second development is suitable for this subject in rear wheel drive model of pure electric bus. Through dynamic system simulation test to verify the precision of the simulation model is established and the rationality of the power system parameters matching.Finally, this paper expounds the conditions of pure electric bus test requirements and matters needing attention, this paper introduces the method of test instruments, the use of the data analysis software. Matching complete vehicle performance and fuel economy test, and the road test results and analysis of the results of simulation test, further verify the pure electric bus power system the rationality of parameter matching scheme.
