In the process of concrete in winter construction, cast-in-situ concrete structures because of the low temperature freezing injury often occur in the early, due to the low temperature, construction environment, the influence of factors such as mixture ratio and construction technology, so that greatly reduce the security and durability of the concrete structure and applicability, and often cause project quality problems, therefore, the quality problem of the concrete in winter construction has become a problem in the construction industry.Contrast research status at home and abroad, in the existing research, winter construction research is mainly aimed at the construction method and the individual engineering case study, the lack of system technology research, and Qingdao belongs to cold region, in the winter construction, freezing and cold region, there is a big difference between this topic mainly aims at the climate conditions of Qingdao area combining with engineering example system to study the effect of winter construction of concrete carbonation depth, and form a special construction technology.In pingdu region winter construction of concrete research and analysis, the mixture ratio design lab, it is concluded that adding 45% A1 group of mineral admixtures, under the condition of the same water/cement ratio, its workability is good; The A4 and A5 group after adding additive, the workability of concrete is good, and water-binder ratio decrease obviously, reduce to 0.41. In standard curing condition, the A3 than A1 strength increased by 17%, this is due to the dosage of mineral admixtures in concrete, in the early days of fly ash and mineral powder has no independent hydraulic, volcanic activity less than cement, thus reduce the compressive strength of concrete.
