In this paper,the latest compressed sensing theory was used to the field of underwater acoustic direction-finding based on the model of square array,and it was proved effective by the computer simulation.We at first produced the general theory and its reconstruction algorithm of compressed sensing:matching pursuit algorithm and orthogonal matching pursuit algorithm,then produced the general model of direction of array(DOA).Based on what was produced above,we had done the DOA estimation with the model of square array by compressed sensing,and compared it with the traditional algorithms,such as MVDR and MUSIC,the result showed that the compressed sensing method had a better resolution.We the next produced a simple direction-finding method:the projection direction-finding method,its advantages were simple、easy to practice and less calculation,on the other hand its disadvantage was that it was effective for just one signal,when two or more signals existed,it was ineffective.At last method of rotating array is proposed in this paper,which makes fewer elements possess effect of more elements,then process signals for array DOA with compressed sensing.This method decreased the correlation of array manifold matrix,improved success rate of recovery algorithm,and had high resolution.It realized signals DOA estimation when the number of signals are more than the number of array elements.In order to safeguard national marine rights and provide the relevant information of the illegal operation ships, we have developed the underwater acoustic monitoring display and control software with the.NET and matlab platform. We introduced the design ideas of the system in detail, including the design ideas of server、database and client,and the combination between them. Thought the use of C# and matlab mixed technology we could make the system operation efficiently and stably; The system could send alarm messages to the workers with SMS cat, so it didn’t need the 24 hours’ monitoring a day; We could know the current marine information by timely renewing the all kinds of characteristic graphs.
