The Research Of Setup And Selection For Support Of Tlayer In Large Space Suspended Ceiling

Along with the increase in large span large space condole top, reflects the problems in the construction of more and more, practice quality good and bad are intermingled,poor economy, the condole top of the current specification requirements of vague,general, and of large space condole support system set up has the reference value of the related research is less.Based on this situation, be badly in need of a set of related theoretical research to guide the setting of large space condole supports.Multiple projects based on the investigation and on the basis of literature review,setup and selection of large space condole support system are analyzed. In this paper,the main research contents are:(1) the relevant concepts of large space condole supports,by eight practical project research on the influence factors of large space condole supports setting is analyzed, and the negative factors of wind pressure, according to different height extents do wind indoor environment simulation, as indicators of selection of important data.(2) the three representative type(normal derrick, enhanced the support, steel support) condole support for field test, and the three type of ceiling support using SAP2000 finite element analysis, and comparative analysis with experimental results.(3) through a different type of condole supports the theoretical calculation and finite element analysis, and on the basis of three kinds of software simulation and experimental contrast condole supports, considered by SAP2000 to condole supports expanding model for standardization, and get the result list.(4) large space decorate condole carries on the optimization of structure design and construction of the key technology, and the selection of application, with the actual case verification in this paper, we study the income generated by the application effect.This study concluded that: the large space of condole top, the setup and selection,design load should be determined first of all, by the wind environment simulation(such as The FLUENT software) to determine the indoor air pressure, and then calculate the weight of condole support system design, the design load are obtained. Then according to the specific design load, available sap2000 a finite element simulation of large space condole support system(for commonly used supporting system can also check the schedule of large space condole support system selection of range table), choose meet setting method of wind pressure bearing capacity and other factors. Finally according to the result of selection, there may be several schemes can satisfy the requirements ofbearing, then can be based on factors such as cost, time limit for a project, construction convenience again taken together, determine the final set. I think this research for the current set of large space ceiling system has good reference and guidance.
