Related data shows that so far, in the world, the coal could be exploited for about 200 years, the gas could be exploited for about 60 years and the oil could be exploited for about 100-200 years. Thus, it is serious to current global energy situation. Today, the heat pump system has been generally used in China and other countries and the technology of sewage source heat pump system is tending to be mature. Related files shows that compare with the traditional electric boiler, the sewage source heat pump system can save 60% electric energy, compare with the coal boiler, the sewage source heat pump system can save 50% coal. Because the temperature of the sewage source heat pump system is stable, so comparing with the traditional air source heat pump, the heating and cooling index is up 40%, on the contrary the cost of it is half of central air conditioning.The achievement of this paper is:1. In this paper, we analyzed 3 different tube gaps: 0.23 D, 0.56 D and 1.20 D, 3 different water films: drop shape, pillar shape and film shape water film. We had finished measuring and analyzing the thickness of water film for different situations and worked out the boundary Re between different flowing situations.2. In this paper, we chose two important facts of effecting flowing situations of the water film thickness measuring experience: spray density of water(flowing situation of water film) and tube pitch. According to the analysis, we found that the bigger tubes gap and water spray density is, the thicker thickness of water film is. And we also worked out that the water splashing is effective to water film. And we set a plastic board between the two tubes to solve this problem.3. In this paper, we studied the effect of heating transfer of tubes and through different water spray density(flowing situation of water film) and the gaps between tubes we found: the bigger tube gap is, the obvious the effect of heating transfer is.
