Because of the enormous potential to support vehicles and road safety, optimize traffic efficiency and improve driving convenience as well as comfort, Vehicular Ad-hoc Network (VANET) is becoming a hot area of academic research, technique standardization and product development. With the variety, quantity and intelligence of on-board equipment, as well as the increasing demand for diverse quality automotive service, it becomes more important to establish connections on vehicles-to-vehicles and vehicles-to-infrastructures, and provide users with a range of security-related or user-related vehicular applications. Since one single device couiu not meet an the growing requirements aue to the limitations of acquiring and processing, the establishment of information sharing, service access and mutual cooperation mechanism among vehicular devices becomes an inevitable trend in VANET technology. This paper focuses on the critical issues of service access technology in VANET and emphasizes on the reliability assurance strategies and quality optimization methods which effectively adapt to the inherent characteristics of VANET environment. For device instability, a dynamic access service evaluation algorithm has been proposed. A novel method of establishing social relations among intelligent vehicular devices has also been introduced to explore the potential relevance. Moreover, the author also proposes a trajectory-based interaction time prediction algorithm to deal with the unstable network topology and high rate of disconnection. By presenting a quality-aware cooperative routing protocol, a comprehensive study of service access technology in VANET has been conducted. Finally, in the simulation experiment, a series of real scenario based simulation environment and comparative experiments have been set up. The effectiveness and benefits of the propose method have been thoroughly demonstrated through the request success rate, quality of service, average request and other metrics.
