As people increasingly are concerned about vibration, noise and the improvement of comfort, studies of the low vibration and noise structure have draw people’s attention. In this paper, we regard the flexible mechanism with stent as the main low vibration and noise structure and study influence of the internal stent position on its vibration characteristics. At the same time, we study the acoustic characteristics of the V-shaped sheet as it is a simple low vibration and noise structure. More details are as follows:Firstly, we model the flexible mechanism with stent on ANSYS platform, and analyze influence of the internal stent position on its vibration characteristics under the flexible mechanism with damping and without damping cases. Fitting curves of the influence of internal stent position of the flexible mechanism on the transfer functions and natural frequencies are gotten by using the least square method, and the corresponding relation formulas are driven.Secondly, we study the vibration characteristics of the flexible mechanism by using perturbation and inverse perturbation theory. Firstly, deduce the stiffness matrix and mass matrix of mechanism based on the finite element method. Then, obtain the relation between mechanism parameters and natural frequency when the mechanism parameters have a tiny change and deduce the expression of parameters under the restriction of natural frequency by using the inverse perturbation theory. At last, calculate specific examples using perturbation and inverse perturbation theory then obtain that the theoretical calculation and simulation results are consistent.At the end of the paper, we study sound characteristics of V-shaped sheet by using modal superposition principle of vibrating mode and acoustic theory. Then we study the relation between sound characteristics and different parameters of the V-shaped sheet by using MATLAB.
