Development of risk management and safety monitoring provides necessary conditions for the construction of the deep foundation pit successfully. The implementation of foundation pit monitoring and early warning can make the construction site safety management, safety inspection, improve the construction personnel awareness of early warning, especially it can increase supporting strength and the stability of the deep foundation pit monitoring, to assess the safety risk source that may arise, making good directivity and sensitivity early-warning index and designing reasonable security risk early warning value of safety risk, the timely provision of information, as is an important subject of security and stability of deep foundation pit engineering. And the deformation of the retaining structure of foundation pit is an important reason of accident. Therefore, early warning value of the deformation of the retaining structure was studied in this paper.In this paper, early warning value of the deformation of retaining structure of deep foundation pit in soft soil sea area was studied. Through the experimental analysis, the result found that the double row piles was applied successfully in soft soil sea area; through the summary of deep foundation pit accident analysis, it revealed the deformation characteristics of the retaining structure of foundation pit with failure modes corresponding to the monitoring project, combined with the commonly used foundation, was carried on the analysis, determine that the maximum displacement of deep foundation pit of retaining structure is the ontological security risk early warning index, deformation and engineering will be linked to the risk of accidents of retaining structure in soft soil area, using 200 data including foundation pit project of Donggang area in Dalian, this paper used the probability distribution characteristics of the security early warning index under the safe condition of foundation pit, the probability distribution characteristics of horizontal displacement and excavation depth ratio; then according to the probability to determine the probability distribution function and the foundation pit failure. Risk theory was introduced, the theory of probability and statistics, analysis was used to study the inner link between the risk source and risk quantification. And then put forward the deep foundation pit safety risk early warning index, deep foundation pit safety risk precaution design value. Combined with the actual case, to verify the above research, the calculation results show that, in accordance with the level of risk of the foundation for the continuous monitoring, which has a certain rationality and validity, which can provide reference for the safety control of deep foundation pit engineering.
