Before and after the Sanjian River underground reservoir is built, compared to analyze and evaluate the effect of underground water level and water quality in the reservoir basin and its surrounding agricultural and urban life, favorable and unfavorable influence of specific conditions of underground reservoir on water environment, so as to solve China’s coastal seawater intrusion, soil salinization problems to provide reference.Through 13 years of Sanjian River Basin three Jian Bao Street deep water wells, water quality of the actual observation, statistics and the surrounding agricultural and industrial production and living water and production conditions, the detailed and reliable data. In this paper, through the comparison and analysis of the measured data, obtained the conclusion of a part of the underground reservoir on the groundwater environment:1. The Sanjian River underground reservoir construction, to solve the three Jian Bao street and the Great Wall Street Agricultural and residential water problems, improve the ecological environment, and laid the foundation for sustained and stable economic development and improved quality of life of residents.2. Through the sewer repair and recharge source surface and other measures of underground reservoir, the water level can be improved significantly, from the original water level elevation of less than-5m to 1.5m.3.
