Therefore, this thesis needed to study a new direction exchange rate risk management strategy system which is suitable for the current RMB exchange rate new trend and the RMB internationalization trend for shipbuilding type international trade enterprise.Shipbuilding type international trade enterprise mainly trade way is rely on import of high & new equipment in the developed countries, the exchange rate changes in the environment will be caused profound influence on shipbuilding type international trade enterprise, the enterprise must find a feasible approach to managing exchange rate risk.This thesis by using fishbone diagram method to analysis five factors of shipbuilding type international trade enterprise, summed up the existing & special risk of trade enterprise, and according to the particularity of the trade enterprise, sums up the influence factors, and exchange rate risk is the biggest influence.Through analysis exchange rate risk practical operation experience of shipbuilding type international trade enterprise, based on the current situation of China’s economic & market environment, and combined with production & business operation condition and internationalization development strategy of shipbuilding type international trade enterprise, summed up a suitable exchange rate risk prevention & management of operation suggestions for Chines shipbuilding type international trade enterprise, use of suitable financial strategies to manage risk, positive strategy using financial tools.
