AC synchronous motor because of its structure is very simple, so it is widely used in industry and life, at the same time, simple structure and reliable operation is the premi se to. The traditional motor in the operation process of a large part of the power loss is o ccupied, there isa great space for energy saving.Design and application of the vector control technology of dynamic performance of the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system is greatly improved at the same time, the key to improve the efficiency of the motor is analyzed.In this paper, in consideration of all kinds of loss in the process of motor runnin g, the establishment of the loss model of permanent magnet synchronous motor accuratel y including copper loss and iron loss, on this basis, the establishment of minimum loss o f efficiency optimization control strategy based on the loss model.In this paper, by using Matlab/Simulink simulation software of current optimal excit ation controland minimum stator current control is simulated, results show that, compared with the optimalexcitation current control strategy and control strategy of minimum stato r current, especially in the case of light load, can significantly improve the motor efficie ncy.
