| NOx is a substance that is strongly harmful to human life,and the main way to produce it is the combustion of coal,oil and other fossil fuels. In our country,coal-fired power plants and cars are the main places and equipments that produce NOx. With the large scale of thermal power generating units, w-shape flame boiler which uses the new combustion modes is widely made use of.Due to the high furnace temperature,its NOx emission index is relatively high and the pressure of low nitrogen discharge is greater.Our country has become the one which has the largest installed capacity of thermal ower in the world since 2008, and the total NOx emission of thermal power plant is larger and larger.On the basis of analysis of the formation mechanism of NOx produced by power plant boiler and the current main low nitrogen combustion technology,I carry out the experimental study on combustion adjustment aiming at two main kinds of w-shape flame boiler produced by B&WBC in China and Dongfang Boiler factory mainly in order to reduce nitrogen xides emissions. Through contrast test, it is proved that the low nitrogen combustion adjustment can reduce the nitrogen oxides emissions in a great extent.According to two kinds of transformation schemes, I alter the low nitrogen burners and carry out the low nitrogen combustion adjustment test. Experiment shows that different transformation schemes’ influences on energy saving and environmental protection are different, so the currently widely used transformation schemes of burners have space for further optimization in concrete implementation process. |
