In recent years, the fire caused by electric increased year by year, resulting in rising of the electrical fire losses, and had caused huge casualties and property losses. Therefore we need to prevent and containment electrical fires immediately.At present, the most direct and effective way to prevent electrical fire is install an alarm and control system for electrical fire prevention.Because of the research left behind and the national standards and regulations are not perfect,therefore the manufacturers of domestic alarm and control system is difficult to guarantee quality and performance. there is a big gap when compared with similar foreign products. This paper according to China’s electrical fire situation designed an alarm and control system based on SOC and embedded controller. Alarm and control system is mainly realized by monitoring the leakage current detection circuit,alarm, relay protection, alarm data storage. PC monitoring and a series of functions that can effectively prevent the occurrence of the electrical fire.Alarm and control system consists of an electrical fire monitoring host and electrical fire detectors, and contain many functions such as measuring, alarm, protection, self-check, fault self-identification, records, human computer interaction, operating level, and so on. The key to the develop the whole system is the electric fire detectors, so this paper focuses on the development of electric fire detectors.MAXIM company’s 71M series used as a data measurement, can use the SOC monitor 10-way signal leakage current and a phase current and voltage signals, And use SPI communication interface exchange data with the main control devices. The embedded controller use STM32, STM32 analysis and calculation the received data, to make early warning, alarm judgment and communicate with electric fire monitoring through RS485 or CAN bus.The software design was written by C language, using KEIL development environment, the modular design is conducive to modify and upgrade program. Depending on the hardware, design and development of signal acquisition, computation, alarms and communication program, complete the development of the whole system.Using software and hardware anti-jamming design through the system, We constantly debug to find problems, improve hardware and software design methods and anti-jamming design to ensure system performance indexes. At last, we tested the whole system under the national standards,and the result perfect meet the design requirements.Finally this paper summarizes the work completed and introduces what the system needs to be improvements.
