Taxi is urban mobility civilization window, which reflects the development of a city’s transport system. How to decrease the rate of taxi empty, reduce exhaust emissions, get urban dynamic real-time traffic flow, assure the safety of vehicle visual and plan passenger travel routes have been becoming the current need to solve the problem to raise the information level of taxi service. In the country’s 12th five-year plan put forward traffic information is the national priority to the development and as the second subject areas of the Internet of things, therefore issues related to traffic information have become the focus of research at home and abroad.The rapid development and application of the navigation electronic map provides data sources and technical support for the implementation of real-time traffic. This paper analyzes the related basic theory and technologies about visual traffic situation and the big data fusion processing, According to the precise navigation positioning of the taxi, safe visible and big data traffic situation fusion problem, we design a taxi navigation positioning and video acquisition monitoring terminal, realize the visual traffic state fusion of the space-time characteristics of the large data through the car terminal and the background of interaction, these provide the basis for analysis of the causes of traffic congestion and making related decisions. This article also analyzes the current road topology network structure and puts forward urban road network model based on the real-time traffic forecast, this not only can reduce the storage of road redundant data and establish the right path topology relationship, but also can express the traffic rules of road traffic capacity and steering ability at the intersection and support query analysis of spatial information. On this basis, the A* algorithm is studied and improved, the improved algorithm considers the road topology and real-time dynamic information. We can search the optimal path many times before the car arriving the destination when using this algorithm in the route planning, this can realize the real-time dynamic route selection and reduce the people’s travel time.this paper introduces the space-time characteristics of the large data traffic state fusion system, this system can match the vehicle and road network dynamic data rapidly, combine image information on the electronic map, and real-time monitor the vehicle’s position, velocity, state, history inquiry, personnel management, vehicle management, dynamic fences in and out of city, intelligent processing and other information.At present, the development of vehicle video acquisition monitoring terminal has been installed on the vehicle, it can realize interaction with the background of application, in this paper, the large data visual traffic state fusion processing method, the road network model and the improved A* algorithm have been integrated in this system, test results show the superiority of the visual traffic state processing method, network model and the improved algorithm, this system meets the dynamic real-time traffic map display, dynamic routing, visual data fusion and other functions.
