Currently, the research of ecological bags concentrated on city vertical greening, and lake shores restoration, river governance and slope complex green, of application aspects. The general of method is used dedicated mechanical equipment, according to specific of production process, put the grass species, and fertilizer, and insurance agent, by must of density colonization into can natural degradation of no spinning cloth or other material, and after machine of rolling and acupuncture of composite positioning processes, formed must scale of ecological bags, and ecological bags stacked up. But the demonstration area in xibaipo highway in Hebei province practical application, the plant is torn bags of seed planting, which can improve seed germination, reduce planting costs. The main results are as follows:(1) The change of soil moisture and nutrientsOn each height in 2013 and 2014, soil moisture, October 2014, content was significantly higher in 2013. Eco-bags of soil moisture in the facade works change was caused mainly by the gravitational influence of the law, secondly there is the influence of environmental factors.
