With the continuous development of the wheel loader industry in our country, the disadvantages of copying and slow development is also appeared in Loader research technology. Especially in wire control steering technology development is relatively slow, and there are driving road feeling low, steering precision, steering mode single, labor intensity and large noise and other issues.To solve these problems, and puts forward the topic about the wheel loaders wire steering equipment.In this thesis for wire control steering wheel loader has carried on the overall scheme design, and on this basis to do the following four aspects of research: ① Designed three sets of steering wheel equipment:incomplete gear type, dc motor, and double nut steering wheel equipment. loader could switched between two kinds of working mode:"driving mode" and "operation mode", namely the steering wheel steering Angle can switched between 180°nd 900°.② Put forward four kinds of road simulation principle, designs the two equipment:dc motor and magnetic powder brake road feeling feedback equipment. ③ Designed a set of corner detection equipment, and designed a set of circuit which can work with incremental axial Angle encoder Angle detection. ④ Produced a complete experimental prototype and have done the corresponding experimental study. Experimental results show:the equipment designed in this thesis has reached the expected function.the equipment designed in this thesis not only can be according to the different work mode, adjust the rotation of the steering wheel turned to all laps, reduce the labor intensity of the driver. And can provide the driver with road feeling, improve the driving comfort. And can accurately detect the rotation Angle about steering wheel and the front and rear frame on the loader, improve the vehicle safety driving. The device is not only beneficial to promote the development, research and application of wire control steering device, and can play a great role in promoting the development of wheel loader industry.
