With the rapid development of social economic construction, the urban floor space has been unable to meet people’s needs. Therefore, the development and utilization of underground space has become an indispensable part of urban construction. As the basis for the whole project, the quality of excavation is directly related to the quality of the whole project. Therefore, it is critical to research theory of foundation pit engineering.The contents of this paper is about pile-lattice-cable support system, at present, the application of this kind of support system is very small, and it is the first application in Beijing. So, the theoretical study of this support structure is necessary.This paper takes Beijing Shijingshan Galaxy Business District K land excavation project as a project relies, and obtain first-hand information through test instrument, and take the simulation analysis by method of Lizheng analysis software and FLAC3 D. Then compare and analyze the results. Details are as follows:(1) Based on in-situ monitoring data from the project, mechanical properties of the supporting structure were analyzed. We found: due to the release of the stress, the stress of soil behind piles readjusted, until a new equilibrium. And the maximum bending moment occurs in the vicinity of surface excavation, and the pile moment in 9m and 12 m two-section have bigger change during excavation process, and the biggest moment of the pile appear in this two sections.(2) Compared actual moment of the pile and the result calculated by lizheng software, the conclusion that the actual moment of the pile is in the safe range calculated by lizheng software is found, but there are some different between actual moment curve and theory of moment curve.(3) The maximum bending moment of the beam appear in intermediate position through, and In the breeze of the rock, acting on the supporting structure of power is very small because rock itself is very stable.
