Prestressed concrete bridges are widely used in brigde construction due to great crossover capability, good structural behavior and economy efficient. However,traditional construction technologies of prestressed concrete bridges need to be improved; construction procesure need to be standardized; and the construction does not have strong controbility. These aspectors has resulted in many bridged safety and quality accidents. Prestress tension and grouting have the greatest impact on prestressed concrete bridge construction. Therefore, it is desirable to conduct researches on prestressed concrete bridge construction techonologies according to prestress tension and grouting.In this paper, common diseases of prestressed concrete bridges are introduced and reseasons for bridge down-warping and cracking are analyzed. Moreover, the paper focouses on analysis of the diseases caused by tradistional construction technologies of prestress tension and grouting, and proposed a method to improve the quality of prestress construction.In addition, more details on prestressed concrete brige construction techonologies of intelligent prestress tension and grouting are introduced. For one thing, new construction technologies are analyzed to improve the construction quality in terms of controlling of precises on prestress tension, extension measurement, and synchronization tension. For another, the paper analyzes how to use intelligent circulationg grouting to control the flow, pressure and water binder radio of the various parameters. And the paper use a contrast experiment of traditional construction technology and the intelligent one to verify the superiority of the new technology how to improve the construction quality.At last, the paper compares the similarities and differences between the blood circulatory system and the intelligent circulation grouting system. The simulation circuit model of the intelligent circulation grouting system is introduced into it, forming a tenstive the circuit model suitable to the grouting system.Also, the relationship among parameters such as pressure of the in and out,the flow of the various parameters and the resistance is found.
