With the continuous upgrade of grid system and power capacity increasing, the stability and precision of the power equipment have higher requirements. In recent years, the government vigorously promoted the development of power grid to digital, so electronic current transformer based on the photoelectric sensing and digital electronic technology is becoming an important research direction. Compared with the traditional electromagnetic current transformer, electronic current transformer has a higher precision, wider frequency response range, better insulating property, smaller volume and many other advantages. So research on the electronic current transformer and its digital output devices has an important significance.Firstly, my thesis summarizes introduces the classification and working principle of electronic current transformer, which analyzes the working principle of electronic current transformer Rogowski coil and its frequency characteristic emphatically. This topic focus on the design of ECT collector, which is designed base on STM32F103, and the paper has made the detailed design to its system. Its system composition includes pre-processing circuit module, central processing module, power module, optical fiber communication module and simulation interface module.Integral technology is the key to design electronic current transformer collector. The paper focuses on the research of integral technology, which firstly expounds the principle and design for the analog integration. Then do the improvement for the analog integration ideal and it comes out that the simulation of the ideal corresponding improving integral circuits strongly influenced by temperature based on the research of the characteristic of analog integrator. Relative to the analog integrator, digital integral appliance has a higher precision. By comparing the analysis of digital integral algorithm, I select trapezoidal integral as the integral algorithm. With MATLAB simulation of trapezoidal integral algorithm steady state and transient characteristics, and the paper design a solution to the problem of integral drift and initial value.Simulation test platform was designed for this topic, introducing the PC B plane type current transformer prototype system for the simulation test. Experimental results verify validity of the design in this paper.
