| Angle steel is the necessary materials in tower processing. If a mixture of different material steel, it will produce a great impact on the strength or toughness or hardness to the tower. The material of angle steel is commonly used with Q235 and Q345. In machining process of iron tower, it needs to operate to the angle steel including clamping, punching and shearing. In the iron tower machining process, a sound will come over the angle steel. Different material of steel has different sound. This paper comes up with that recognize steel material by sound signal. The sound signal has a wide application in engineering because the online collection is convenient and it has good real-time. Therefore, it has largely practical value that develops a set of angle steel material detection on-line system by sound signal.This paper develops a set of angle steel material detection on-line system, in view of the sound signal of angle steel in the manufacturing process. First of all, the overall design of the system is completed, including the selection of technical route, the determination of scheme, etc. Then, two identification methods are found through analysis to the voice signal of Q235 and Q345 in the manufacturing process, which use of sound signal energy ratio identify steel material and DTW(Dynamic Time Warp) recognition method based on MFCC(Mel Frequency Cepstrum Coefficient). At the scene of the angle steel processing, some voice signal samples are collected, and it verify the correctness and reliability of the two kinds of detection methods. Finally, the whole steel material on-line detection system development is finished, and the system includes two parts, which is hardware system and software system. The design of hardware system includes sound sensors, photoelectric switch, and the choice of data acquisition card or other key equipment and the implementation of the interface; the design of software system complete the function of various modules programming using LabVIEW software development platform and MATLAB software. The software module function of the system is rich. Among them, the data acquisition module signal can be transmitted to the computer via building hardware system. The data processing module can be applied to sound signal detection method for processing and display the real-time signal characteristic parameter and test result. The data storage module can be stored in the spreadsheet. At the same time, the system is tested at the process scene.The test results of the system at the process scene show that it is convenient, fully functional, good real-time online, provides an effective means for steel material testing. It can be used to detection on-line to every angle steel in the process of machining. At the same time, the angle steels are not destroyed. It solves the problem that the efficiency of traditional detection methods is low, the detection cycle is long and it is difficult to meet the need of production. This will avoid the occurrence of the problem angle steel effectively and meet the needs of tower processing enterprises for mass production. If the system can be promoted, it will help to improve the safe of the level for the power transmission. |
