Faced with intense competition of contemporary textile industry and energy conservation requirements proposed by the state, textile companies need to improve the quality of textile products, we must also accomplish a great deal in reducing energy consumption. Consequently, the air conditioning systems that occupy a lot of market share of the energy consumption in textile mills should focus on understanding the performance of air-conditioned room and research energy-saving approaches of air-conditioning chamber and then reduce the energy consumption in base on guaranteeing to reach for the air handling requirements.This paper focuses on the new PE material Target atomizer spray chamber, first studied the nozzle diameter riser and sprinkler system matching problem to obtain the energy consumption of the sprinkler system with different diameters to match the riser when difference at the same time, further series of nozzles for the different materials have been studied and compared with the amount of water to make a sample form for the personnel to provide a convenient table look-up.Secondly, the energy- saving effects of textile mill’s air conditioning room layout were discussed. After analyze the problems of Luwa air conditioning room of spinning workshop, found that the air conditioning rooms resistance and energy consumption were increased and other issues. At the same time compared with the proposed method of this article which indicates that we must ensure the sufficient length of spray segment and the smooth of air flow channel, avoiding the large air eddy current loss if we want to ensure the quality of air, the reduction of the flow path resistance and improving the efficiency of the fan. It is considered that: air conditioning system in the beginning of the design, to consider and compare fully and seriously multi-program comprehensively and ultimately to select the best design.Once more, based on a large number of experimental data,studied on heat and moisture exchange efficiency of two conditions in target atomizer nozzle spray chamber:the cooling dehumidification and isenthalpic humidification, scientific data processing, heat and moisture exchange efficiency is summarized between wind speed and water pressure,and the problems on the test were carried out to correct and verify that subsequent test work to be carried out smoothly. At the same time, the study on air treatment effect of the primary and secondary spray calandria was discussed.In addition, for all test data summarized, using EXCEL data processing software for data return processing, respectively isenthalpic humidification conditions and air heat exchange efficiency of the wet condition of the cooling and dehumidifying formula and accordingly for the target type impinging stream produced a sample nozzle performance, but also through the design calculations and check the two calculation methods to calculate spray chamber, for example, a detailed description of the use of a sample map, which greatly facilitates the calculation for the target type designers impinging stream thermal spray chamber process, simplifies the calculation steps to spray chamber thermal calculation efficiency has been improved, but also for the promotion and application of target type impinging stream spray chamber has played a role in advancing and promoting.Finally, the disadvantages and the prospect of the subject are summarized.
