The conventional air conditioning system deals with the sensible and latent load together, it will make influence on the quality of the air, what’s more, the consumption of the energy will be increased. The temperature and humidity independent control system decouple the sensible and the latent load. In this system, the independent fresh air system will bear the fresh air load, so that the dry-coil system can be able to run under the dry condition. The dry-coil system deal with the sensible load. The environment of the room is good. However, there are many problem to solve in the field of the temperature and humidity independent control system.This paper do some research about the temperature and humidity control system in the hot and humid area, so as to promote this system to be more population, the mainly work is as follows:1.Expounding the principle of the system, and used the De ST to modeling the construction and the conditioning system, calculated the all-year hourly load,and according to the characteristics of the sensible and latent load of the building,to analysis the independent control system, and point out some questions about the design of the system;2.Used Airpak to simulate the environment of the temperature and humidity of the indoor, and concluded that the relative humidity of the indoor is from 52% to 56%, and the temperature of the working area is between 24 ℃ to26℃,the PMV is around 0,it is a good feeling for the human;3.Adopted TRNSYS to simulate the running conditions in this paper, built the whole air conditioning system, and analysis of the working condition of a summer, it is concluded that the supply water temperature of the air conditioning system is above 16 ℃, and the monitor number is 17.03℃, there is not many differences between the actual and the operation process data, the high temperature of the chilled water system can avoid the phenomenon of the dew formation. On the other hand, the results of the air handling process simulation shows that all ranges are in the related standards; What’s more, this system can save 22.5% energy of the traditional system.
