Sustainable Landscape And Planing Design Of The Suburbs

Under the time background of high-speed economic development, village holiday leisure industry near the suburbs is an emerging industry which was caused under the environment of city development in recent year and it got the booming development.but when we developed the holiday leisure industry, there also appeared a series of questions such as the single project function, the lack of local culture and region features, the lack of overall harmony plan and the neglect for the maintenance of environment balance and so on. If we want to change the current situation, the writer thought we should make the landscape environment sustaining design by sustaining design method to effectively protect the ecological balance under the man-made landscape.In the paper, the writer took the landscape design of Jinquan villa in Zhuzhou city as the study object. According to the literature research method, the case reference method and the field research method, the writer made effective integration for the available resources in the design project. Based on the respect for nature, the writer made the planning and design for the project by permaculture design method and formed an integrated system with mutual benefit and reciprocity for plants, animals,landscapes, building and mankind. On this basis, the writer confirmed the design objective and orientation and the writer analyzed and formulated the grand design plan for Xiaojiachong landscape design. According to the investigation, study and analysis for the current situation of road, mountain, water, vegetation and buildings, the writer made the redesign. The writer confirmed the detailed design scheme for every functional zone one by one, before confirming the general layout for the overall design.For the detailing, the writer will take the landform features in the site into consideration and make fully consideration for sustainability of the design such as the inheritance to former residential buildings in the site, the improvement and utilization for the water channels and the retainment of the whole bamboo forest area in the north of the site.According to a series of study and specific design for the integrated project of village holiday leisure, the writer solved the problems which current existed in the village holiday project and provided the reference for the theory and reference values for the application for the same kind of design.
