With the development of technology and society, the rise of high-rise and super high-rise buildings on the land of China rapidly. For people in the pursuit of beauty increasing improvement,the building requirement more and more comfortable. modern high-rise buildings are evolving toward this way, the building forms under the architect’s hand become more unique,the height of building is become more and more high, which makes structure stress becomes more complex, structural designers are put a higher demand, it also brings new opportunities and challenges. With a strengthened layer frame structure form of the core tube structure, which could ease the contradiction between functional and structural design of the building, and thus this form are used more and more by designers. There are two sides to everything, set the reinforcement layer in high-rise buildings also has its negative side, mainly features: the weak layer is formed easily, where internal force changes strongly in strengthening layer, Therefore, research on this kind of structure stress and the damage is very important, in view of the above reasons, this paper carried out the following studies:1、 Introduces the domestic and international development and application of theory of strengthening layer of frame core tube structure system of high-rise building,.The general summary contains: the concept of layers, reinforcing layer on the stress of structure,the advantages and disadvantages of reinforcing layers and working mechanism and so on; which recommended strengthening layer, a layer of refuge floors and equipment arranged in the same floor, but the need to comply with fire safety requirements for the design of refuge floors; this paper describes the commonly used method of seismic response analysis theory, focusing on the Pushover analysis methods, mainly including: selecting a lateral load patterns, conversion and established of the demand spectrum and energy spectrum,calculation performance point by demand spectrum and energy spectrum, using a variety of seismic performance indicators point to assess seismic capacity of the structure. The Pushover analysis method is one of the main methods of The Static Elastoplastic analysis.2、with a 49-story building in Hefei of steel frame with reinforced layer of practical engineering core tube structure as an example, establishment of five calculating models, strengthening layer arrangement for arm combining with ring, set up in the form of "八 " shaped truss, these five models are: no reinforcing layer as the model 0, set together one road, two road,three road, four road reinforcing layer as the model 1 to model 4. Useing finite element software Midas Building to analysis the above five models by Pushover analysis, Firstly,these five models separately for the response spectrum calculation analysis of strengthening effect on internal force of different layer model,for its calculation results were compared and analyzed, mainly through the comparison and analysis of the following aspects:the self vibration characteristics of the different models, Inter story displacement angle, The internal force distribution between the frame and core tube and seismic response of the internal forces of the specified member and so on. Secondly, the above five calculation model, choose three different lateral load patterns are analyzed by Pushover and study the weak layer respond of the earthquake, the order and location of plastic hinges of the structure, analysis and comparison structure capacity curve and the performance point of the calculated, analysis seismic response characteristics of this type of structure in the earthquake under the calculation models, in order to provide some suggestions and references for the design and application of practical engineering.
